Used Equipment Policy

1. Product Conditions:

• All used equipment available in our store has been rigorously inspected by our technicians to ensure it meets quality and safety standards.
• Each product is categorized by condition, which can be "Like New," "Very Good," "Good," or "Moderately Used." These categories reflect the level of wear and tear and the functionality of the equipment.

2. 2 Year Extended Warranty:

• We offer an extended two-year warranty from the date of purchase for all used equipment. This warranty covers only manufacturing defects and mechanical failures not caused by improper use, accidents, or normal wear and tear.
• If the equipment presents any problem covered by the warranty during the two-year period, we will perform the necessary repairs at no additional cost. If repair is not possible, an exchange for equivalent equipment will be offered, subject to availability.

3. Warranty Exclusions:

• The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, modifications, negligence, or normal wear and tear due to prolonged use.
• Equipment classified as "Moderate Use" may show visible signs of wear and tear, and while still functional, these characteristics are not grounds for warranty claims.

4. Repair Policy:

• If used equipment covered by the warranty requires repair, the customer must return the product to our store or ship it to our facility. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
• Once the equipment is received, our technical team will perform the necessary repairs. If repair is not possible, an equivalent product will be provided based on availability.

5. No Money Back:

• No refunds are available for used equipment under any circumstances. The warranty is limited exclusively to repair or replacement of the equipment.
• By purchasing used equipment, the customer agrees to this policy and understands that no cash refunds will be offered.

6. Maintenance Service:

• We offer additional maintenance services at preferential rates to extend the life of your equipment after purchase.

7. Disclaimer:

• Although our technicians perform thorough inspections, the customer understands and accepts that used equipment may have inherent limitations due to wear and tear.
• When purchasing used equipment, the customer assumes responsibility for any limitations that may arise after purchase.
